Depends on Last: there are many reasons for sudden pregnancy loss and although incompetent cervix is one of them, your chances of having it again would be dependent upon whether or not you had that exact diagnosis last time. That your cervix is 3.4 centimeters halfway through is reassuring as we generally do not intervene for anything above two centimeters. Keep following up regularly and good luck!
