A member asked:

There are tiny (barely visible unless viewed extremely close in a mirror with good lighting) bumps on upper lip. they feel rough when i rub lips together or rub tongue across but other than that no symptoms. what could this be?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Fordyce spots: These are usually just visible sebaceous glands often found in that location. They are not a sign of illness.
