I had a bump on my bottom lip i bit it open it turrned red then a circle came iin the center couple days pass now i have alot of cold sores i think they have very small black dots and red bumps are in the inside of my mouth on the bottom lip?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If these are cold sores, these will get better, if the lesions do not improve in a day or two, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
