Night sweats...: ...are a sign of fever. It could be serious; common causes (especially in southern Africa) include tuberculosis, HIV, and other potentially dangerous problems. See a doctor or clinic. Take your temperature a few times a day for a few days, record the results, and take them with you when seen. Good luck!
