See a doctor: Hi. That is very abnormal. The things that come first to mind include various infections, several malignancies, and hyperthyroidism. Any other symptoms like fever, loss of appetite, and/or unintended weight loss? Any enlarged lymph nodes you can feel? I feel quite safe in telling you it's not the citalopram. Please see your doc sooner than later. Good luck!
