A member asked:

Is it normal for a 19 month old to sweat some during sleep? not enough to wet sheets, she just feels sweaty/clammy to the touch behind her neck/back at times. no known health conditions and healthy.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: The head of an infant/toddler is relatively large to that of an adult. It's surface is a prime place they radiate/loose heat. If the kid is otherwise well & body temperature normal I consider it normal.
