Please tell me, could a polyp in uterus be found with a trans vaginal ultrasound?

A Special One: An endometrial polyp can be clearly with a hysterosonogram. This is a transvaginal study done after saline is injected into the uterine cavity. A routine tv study would likely show only some localized thickening of the endometrium.
