Usually not: The biopsy itself does not diagnose any STIs except HPVs and abnormal cellular changes associated with HPV. Many doctors would routinely test for other STIs and vaginal infections at the same time as colposcopy, but not necessarily -- especially at your age, which is usually low risk for STIs. If you think you have an STD or at risk, discuss testing with your doctor. Good luck!
