i am experiencing foot redness and foot itching. occasionally swelling along with what looks like could be a rash ?

Tinea: In my practice a very common cause of foot redness and itching is tinea pedis, more commonly known as "athletes foot". The rash may appear scaly, flaky or red and commonly itches. Topical antifungal cream may help if this is the case.
