Water may help!: Overeating can lead to many health problems which include obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure & high cholesterol & so it’s important to control your food portions. Drinking water may help prior to a meal because it will make you feel less hungry. Also eating slowly foods that are low-calorie & low in saturated fat should help. Crash diets can be dangerous so please avoid that!
