my stomach makes loud noises all the time. how can i stop it? i drink lots of water and eat to prevent it but i can't keep eating as ill put weight on

Food intolerance: You might have an allergy or intolerance to some types of food. Also, a lack of fiber can cause your bowel to work harder to push food through. Try keeping a food diary, and look for patterns between what you eat and your symptoms. You can also get food allergy testing. See your doctor for more advice. Good luck!
