I feel lumpiness when i smash my breast down between both hands like a mammogram (maybe) & but when i sit up or lay down to do an exam i no longer feel it the same or at all. is this cause for concern? im 22. birth control. period ended 3 days ago

Can be normal,: see your doctor for an exam if lumps are felt to be sure.
