Dear dr for the past year i have been struggling with a deep tissue itch in my legs, its feels like the bone marrow/ bones in both my legs from the knee down itch and i cannot do anything to stop this,please help?

Infectious parasites: There are some infectious parasites ( not uncommon in your area) that could do this. It is important to see the PCP for proper evaluation with emphasis on Infectious Diseases including Thick and Thin Blood Smear test and a host of Chronic Infestation. The Doctor will probably need more History from you.
