I have edema all throughout my leg/knee, even in my bone marrow. mri says large effusion, severe synovitis, mild tendinopathy. i've had 2 aspirations already without improvement. what is wrong, how can this be fixed?

You should see a rheumatologist to have the effusion drained and sent for testing. They will also do some blood testing and likely be able to diagnose this issue. So, see a rheumatologist. Best of luck to you!!
