I take lisinopril 40mg..amlodipine 10mg and my doctor just prescribed,,,, losartan 100mg,,, im worried what these together will do to my body,,, can you help shed some light on this please?

Do not combine: Never combine lisinopril and losartan. They have similar mechanism of action and also, taken together, have more frequent side effects. Only if you have heavy proteinuria a nephrologist might give those both together. Otherwise, never combine.

ACE and ARB: I agree with D.M. In only extenuating circumstances should lisinopril and losartan be taken together. This combination of these two categories of medications put a severe strain on kidney function and can elevate serum potassium to dangerous levels.
