Do not combine: Never combine lisinopril and losartan. They have similar mechanism of action and also, taken together, have more frequent side effects. Only if you have heavy proteinuria a nephrologist might give those both together. Otherwise, never combine.

ACE and ARB: I agree with D.M. In only extenuating circumstances should lisinopril and losartan be taken together. This combination of these two categories of medications put a severe strain on kidney function and can elevate serum potassium to dangerous levels.

No: There is no scientific evidence in the gynecologic medical literature that miscarriage - whether spontaneous such as a miscarriage, or induced, such as with an elective abortion - is in any way associated with an increased risk of breast cancer or any other malignancy for that matter.

If I wash my hands and changes clothes after smoking, will the smoke my body hurt a baby/child?

Decreases volume : It is well known that smokers lose some sense of smell & must quit for 5 days before they will detect the lingering smell on their hair or clothes. I applaud your effort to reduce babies exposure to smoke, but you will still have a baby with nicotine in their blood & urine as long as anyone in their life smokes.Be prepaired for the crib death risk, ear and lung infections as they will come.

Is little muscle pain after cycling considered to be a sign of insufficient protein in the body?

No.: Geeting adequate nutritional support from increasing protein is good, but you are experiencing delayed soreness of exercise, which is common. One possibility is that your seat height adjustment is off. Aleve (naproxen) or Motrin should get rid of pain. If the pain is present longer than 2-3 days, you may have strained/sprained something, but you did not say where you hurt! see your pcx if pain persists!
