A member asked:

Is a blood pressure of 130,60 dangerous? he has nausea, fatigue and is lightheaded.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It depends...: Numbers are just numbers... and mean little without context (without knowing the big picture). 130/60 is ok for some people. Whether it's dangerous depends on what the person's usual blood pressure is, how fast the pressure changes happened, and whether there are symptoms or past disorders. A person in his 70's with new nausea, fatigue, and lightheadedness should be seen by his doctor or the ER.
