My systolic blood pressure almost always goes up 10 to 30 points from lying to standing. im fatigued and lightheaded and crashing after my normal workouts. example 95/60, 65 lying and after sitting 3 minutes 129/81, 72 is that a normal response?

Usually Blood pressure rises during exercise to fulfill the increased cardiovascular demand and high oxygen uptake from working muscles. Take reading after 30 minutes wait after you exercise. If no other symptoms, continue exercise but only at comfort level.
