My blood pressure run about 98-100 over 65-68. is this too low? i often feel tired/lightheaded. i am healthy and active.

Not too low: Your blood pressure is not too low when compared to the general population but if you are having symptoms of lightheadedness then it is probably too low for you. Try eating a little more salt in your diet and maintain very good hydration. Avoid Caffeine and Nicotine. Try eating a Kosher dill Pickle daily. Lots of salt, very low calorie and no fat or cholesterol. Pickle a day keeps the doctor away!
