The outside of my right foot is extremely painful. when i move it a certain way it causes me pain and when i walk up & down stairs it causes me some difficulty. what could be causing this pain? xx

Foot pain: The pain can come for various reasons. Tendinits would be most likely, but people can develop a stress fracture. Another common fracture is a Jones fracture and this should be checked into. Gout and other medical problems can cause foot pain, but typically of the great toe. If you are having difficulty waling on the foot, you should be seen.
