I removed my nuva ring late tuesday its saturday and still no period ? been using it for years now

Periods : can be very light or even no flow at all, and still be ok. The lining of the uterus is very thin, and ok in this case. If unsure take urine pregnancy test, just prior to staring new ring. Highly likely not pregnant.
