My wife didn't have a period for 2 months and now she's had one for 3 weeks. she was on nuva ring, and had 2 normal cycles just prior to this.?

Needs to be seen: It's never normal to bleed for 3 weeks unless a woman just had a baby. Causes of irregular bleeding can be infection, pregnancy, hormone problems or something abnormal in the uterus or cervix. Abnormal bleeding should be checked out.
