Yes-Cooked!: A woman should always eat cooked, instead of raw, shellfish – including prawns, mussels, lobster, crab, scallops and clams – when she's pregnant, as they can contain harmful bacteria & viruses which can cause food poisoning. Cold pre-cooked prawns are also fine. I hope for good health for your wife and unborn child!
