Dental treatment: Better to wait until 2nd trimester, but if there is any infection treatment is required immediately. Have your wife examined by her Dentist. There may be treatments available other than extraction. If extraction is the only recourse, have your wife seen by a specialist Oral Surgeon who will, if necessary, speak with her OBGyn.
