Nausea and Pregnancy: There are some natural things she can try. Eating saltine crackers has been known to help a little. The herb ginger can be helpful. I like a little peppermint ginger tea. If associated with vomiting it is important to maintain electrolyte balance, and pedialyte is a good source of liquids and electrolytes. It isn't just for kids. See your doctor for a prescription med if this isn't enough.
