I had a collarbone injury a few years ago, but the injury was not treated correctly at the time. now i experience numbness and tingling in my arm. i also get neck pain and headaches on a daily basis.

Arm symptoms: I would be suspicious of a nerve root impingement caused by a bulging intervertebral disc in your neck. An MRI of your neck would be most helpful in ruling this in or out. I don't think that the collarbone injury is related. A neurologist or neurosurgeon could evaluate and advise you and order the MRI if deemed advisable.
