I have been spotting for 4 days very lightly and cramping. im actively trying to conceive with my long term partner, but im supposed to be ovulating around this time, so i dont think its pregnancy.

Vaginal bleeding: Spotting can happen for various reasons. Changes in estrogen and progesterone levels mid cycle can be one of those reasons. Other reasons for spottiing can be some type of infection. Fixed problems like polyp or fibroid possible too.
