About a month ago started going to the gym and now when waking up i would feel pain in my pinky finger when trying to move it , the pain is in the middle of the finger , the joint. ?

Joint pain: Could this simply be a sprain or overuse syndrome from some component of your workouts? If so, avoid stressing that finger for a week or so. Is there any deformity of the joint ? Any other joint symptoms? If so or if If discomfort persists it could be arthritis of that joint.
