You may have celiac: The usual test for celiac disease is the detection of IgA against gliadin. Some people don't make very much or any IgA (about 1 in 400 have this finding). In the absence of IgA persons with celiac disease make igg antibodies against gliadin. The diagnosis of celiac disease is generally made through endoscopy by the appearance of the small intestine with confirmation on biopsy.

I got a celiac disease comp panel 6 mo. ago while eating gluten (no symptoms). I stopped gluten, had it done again now. The results were all - & in range except tTG IgG was weak + both times. Can this mean I dont have celiac since it stayed the same?
