I have a fever and a cough. what are good ways to treat this? do i need to see a doctor?

If the cough is dry, hacking, take a cough syrup recommended by your pharmacist. See a physician if fever worsens, chills, severe heavy cough, chest pain, shortness of breath,wheezing instead of gradual improvement.
