Overlap: Atherosclerosis develops in our coronaries and can cause damage to heart. Some other diseases damage heart as well! viral, rheumatic, infections etc when enough muscle damage has happened, then heart failure, poor pumping, and congestion will occur- called CHF congestive heart failure.
