Hi. my wife has a light rash localized to both of her hips. the skin just shows mild bumps. no discoloration. slightly itchy. an antihistamine works but not for long. any thoughts?

Dermatitis : Apply topical steroid cream twice daily and avoid harsh soaps and detergents. Please see your PCP. The improvement with an antihistamine suggests that the process is allergic.
