When should i start practice strenghthening exercises for my left leg if i have tendinitis?i am better now.( no pain no weak leg ) but the area around knee has a tight stretch feeling..is this ok

Slow progression OK: Once the inflammation and local pain have resolved it is OK to begin to regain full active range of motion, stretching and strengthening.
