Your symptoms: may be "classical" for a BAKER'S CYST a a bulging or joint fluid outside the back of the knee joint along with a CARTILAGE injury (posterior horn medial meniscus) See your PCP or an ORTHOPEDIST for evaluation and treatment..... Hope this is helpful Dr Z
