Fever, body pain, cold and cough. took dolo 650, didn't help. took imol plus yesterday night and morning, seems working but not recovered yet. when i checked the temperature it was 102 fahrenheit before taking imol plus.

Possibly the flu: Rest fluids and pain killers, unless contraindicated, as NSAIDS, don't exceed recommended dosage and duration, you can alternate acetaminophen and NSAIDS every 4-6 hours as needed, if no improvement see your doctor for assessment and treatment plan, best wishes
