What are good treatments for acute lower back pain?

If not allergic to : NSAIDS, I suggest the use of Aleve ( naproxyn sodium ) OR Advil (ibuprofen) PLUS BioFlex liniment for 5-7 days. If not relieved, I suggest a medical exam.
