Rash: A fungal infection would be possible. Initiating an over-the-counter antifungal cream would be safe and likely effective.

Possible fungal rash: I suggest anti-fungal cream mixed with a pea sized drop of 10% hydrocortisone cream: both available at the Dollar store. Do not apply with fingers- use gloves or Q-tips. generic "athlete's foot" antifungal medicines are miconazole or terconazole: both available OTC.ffest a use of both anti-funga; I stock up on generic creams ( antifungal and hydrocortisone-10% and apply a thin film 3 times daily:
