Rash: Rashes are hard to diagnose sometimes when you are looking at them. Impossible to diagnose without even seeing them. You need to see your doctor.

Dermatitis: Inflammtion of skin is called Dermatitis. If it is circular with clear center; it could be Fungal infection.e.g.Ring worm Rx Antifungal median. Otherwise all other kind of Itchy skin lesions can be treated with Cortisone cream and may use Bebadryl
