I am struggling to fall pregnant. ever since i gave birth 6 years ago i have a sharp pain on my lower back and abdomen that comes once in a while should i stand for long periods of time or even walk for a while. ?

Evaluation : for ovarian cyst, or endometriosis, could be causing the pain. Irregular ovulation could be causing fertility problems. Insulin resistance/polycystic ovarian syndrome, could be the source of ovulation issues.
