No Guessing: Doctors never, ever, guess when it comes to pregnancy. But, pregnancy is very much not likely after tubal ligation. There has to be another explanation for this lack of periods. If a pregnancy test is negative. Then the diagnosis to this condition will come after other testing and examination.
