I noticed yesterday and today i have white dots (about 5)on my left tonsil only. i have no other symptoms no fever not even a sore throat. could these be tonsil stones? i have very good dental hygiene. no bad breath ect.

Tonsil stone: A tonsil stone is usually a white or yellowish mass that is hard and has embedded in the tonsil. If small, it could look like a fleck. It could cause bad breath, the sensation that something in stuck the throat or ear pressure/ discomfort. Your dentist would be able to identify if it is a tonsil stone.
