I experience severe period cramps if i drink alcohol a few days before i go on my period. i vomit , diarrhea and literally stay in bed for the whole day . i cant even eat/drink anything, not even water . could i have endometriosis?

Endometriosis Sx's: May include severe cramps impacting pelvis, abdomen, legs or back which may start before period & last for several days, headaches, nausea, vomiting, irregular menstrual bleeding, heavy/ long periods, fatigue, painful sex and bowel movements & marked fatigue. Avoid alcohol near period. Your doctor can assess to determine cause of symptoms.
