Obgyn evaluation: Vomiting and nausea with the menstrual cycle is not a typical symptom one associates with endometriosis. It may be an atypical presentation of PMS. It could also be a sign of a gastrointestinal disorder being worsened by the hormonal changes of the menstrual cycle. Consider seeing a GI specialist for an evaluation
