I turned 44 at the end of july. ive never missed a cycle or been late. i am 10 days late. i took 3 pregnancy test that have all come back negative. is there a chance im pregnant or could be something else going on. ?

Irregular timing: of ovulation, is most likely reason, delayed or absent ovulation will cause you to be late. Of course even late ovulation can achieve a pregnancy if intercourse occurred at at time close to ovulation. See your doctor for testing and treatment, to correct ovulation issues. Perimnopause, or Polycystic ovarian syndrome/insulin resistance could be a cause.
