I had a sudden pain in my chest (the left side) possibly the heart after i lifted a heavy load. i'm currently on hypertension medication. what could this be and how can i make the pain go away?

Possibly not: Your heart, can very well be your chest wall, try taking an NSAID, unless contraindicated, but if pain is accompanied by difficulty in breathing, sweating, radiating to other areas as arm, neck, etc or not remitting by rest and and pain killers , you want to be seen in the ER, wish you wellness
