HIV testing: You might be able to be tested without a doctor appointment, e.g. at a local public health clinic. HIV testing services are common in your country. On the other hand, it's often wise to see a doctor for testing, to discuss risks and prevention of HIV, and to help judge the liklihood of a positive result and assure prompt care if necessary. Just call a doctor's oiffice or testin service.
