Accept help.: I honestly believe that being a good mother is the most challenging job in the world. It can be consume you 24/7. That makes it very hard for a woman to turn her energy inward. See a good therapist and if indicated, use psychotropic medications. Find relatives or friends to help with periods of respite. In order to become well, you will need to invest care & time on yourself. God bless.
