I know it must be: Very demanding to juggle your responsibilities as a single parent. However, it is really important to take time out to care for yourself. At the minimum - would encourage some form of counseling. Evaluation by your physician or a psychiatrist will help to determine if you have clinical depression and if psychiatric medications are indicated. Take care.

You must find a way: To make time to take care of yourself or you will not be able to take care of your children. In addition to making time for therapy, consider joining a single mother's group. They will be able to make suggestions and sometimes help one another with child care. Also reach out to your family and friends, let them know that you need their help for a while till therapy offers some relief.
