First, be safe: Your first priority has to be your own personal safety. If you want to hurt your self or others, call 911. If your safe, you can go to your county government building or courthouse. Often free services are available. If there is a medical school or teaching hospital, that might be a resource as well. Don't forget faith based organizations either.

Painful: Very sorry for your loss. It sounds like you could be experiencing symptoms of both depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. This needs evaluation and treatment. Since you say you're without insurance, you could check with mental health america for options -- www.Mentalhealthamerica.Net/go/find_therapy.
