You’re probably ok: Though Nexplanon works best in a “subdermal” (rather than “sub-epidermal”) location, applying a simple pressure dressing on your implant for a week or 2 may be all that you need to do. You are and probably will be ok. If you are still very concerned, you may have to show your arm to your clinician for greater reassurance.
