Not soon: The whole purpose of a birth control implant is pregnancy prevention. It's called birth control because that's the outcome for the population as a whole. The implant works fine, regardless of the penicillin use. After getting married, settling down, and having stable jobs that provide health insurance (babies have lots of doctor visits), one can consider removing the implant and having babies.
